Collaborate environment, coworkers make the job fun, leadership expresses gratitude for the teams hard work and efforts. Not too stressful and you are not micromanaged. Growing company with career advancement opportunities.

Cons

Based in Stamford so the commute can be bad if you live far.

Cons

The turnover rate, especially in customer service is quite high. Though the management portrays that the doors are open for all the employees, many people leave within the first few months. It really needs to be fixed. I think that overwork is a problem, but the management should investigate more.

Most of my colleagues here are helpful and friendly.

Cons

The main problem here is that management is unable to resolve problems. The managers should be leading the people, but they are often as clueless when it comes to most issues. The company also doesn't provide training.
