Collaborate environment, coworkers make the job fun, leadership expresses gratitude for the teams hard work and efforts. Not too stressful and you are not micromanaged. Growing company with career advancement opportunities.

Cons

Based in Stamford so the commute can be bad if you live far.

I was able to leave the company before things got worse.

Cons

It's stressful when you get threatened because management doesn't like your move and was displeased with it. It's not necessarily wrong, but they just don't like for some reason.

I enjoyed the flexibility in schedule plus some fun and friendly colleagues I've met.

Cons

Clients were not satisfied with the services that the company offers. As a customer service, it was hard to deal with clients who were disappointed. We couldn't reassure them of a better service when the management wouldn't do anything about it.
