- good work life balance - fun people to work with (for most part) - team outings - fully remote

Cons

- product stinks - high expectations - high turnover in upper management - support is terrible - given over 200 accounts and are supposed to reach out on a weekly basis - no advice from managers - the base is a joke - work with terrible clients
