JobTarget is an awesome place to work! The employees all come from a diverse background and work so well together. Even if you aren't well versed on something you have teammates that are more than willing to step in and help you out.

Cons

Not really a con but the company is growing very quickly and there are so many new employees that aren't fully trained so things sometimes take a bit longer to work though and launch.

Supportive PM's using latest technologies / tools / languages. Great work life balance. You are clear on the direction of the company and how your work is contributing to the business success. Lot's of room for growth and development.
