Never have to work over 40 hours in a week. Perform well and they will pay you well. Coworkers are very friendly. Upper management is helpful and will step in when needed.

The only, in my opinion is that you can depend on getting your pay check on time. If you leave a message you can not be sure if it will be returned.

Cons

I was never informed about any benefits when I started and now I can not enroll. Returning your phone calls would be great.
