Pros

Cortech is a great company to work with. They have good management and very talented employees. They are very hands on with the training and make sure that every employee understands their tasks and the process before they start working.

Cons

I can say that Cortech is a good company. No downside comment.

Pros

Working with Cor-tech for over 5 years now taught me a lot of improvements and confidence specially in dealing with candidates. Was able to work with very nice and kind Account Managers, even the COO.

Cons

No company is perfect. Cor-tech has still room for improvements but the good thing is they are always trying to fix issue that arise.
