Ok experience in the recruitment industry

Cons

Most of CorTech is a con. There is horrible communication, they let Tyrants become management making every employees lives a living hell. Cortech is the picture of micromanagement, while none of the higher ups have a clue about what is going on. There is constant turnover because people can’t tolerate the place for long. They pay pennies compared to the rest of staffing agencies out there but will then hire new people making more than tenured employees. Basically Cortech is a joke.
