I have nearly 25 years' of recruiting experience and this is by far the best comp plan that I've ever seen! Commissions like these don't usually come with a Base Salary! Flexible work schedule, PTO and WFH are also flexible. What a relief to work for a company that pus so much value and trust in it's employees!

Cons

Training can be better, more institutionalized. Actual training isn’t complete put together. But superiors made it easy to reach for info.
