Pros

I have nearly 25 years' of recruiting experience and this is by far the best comp plan that I've ever seen! Commissions like these don't usually come with a Base Salary! Flexible work schedule, PTO and WFH are also flexible. What a relief to work for a company that pus so much value and trust in it's employees!

Cons

We are outgrowing our office space!!

Pros

I started here 1.5 years back as an analyst and now I am a manager. There are great opportunities for growth. This company really care about the work-life balance of its employees. In short this is a great place to work. I enjoy every moment!
