      Horrible benefits.....

      Pros

      you will get paid on time each week, HR staff is helpful and prompt. You will generally be left alone once you begin your contract

      Cons

      The Benefits are horrible to non-existent. You will not get paid holidays, no paid vacation, no bonus.. no matter how long you are on contract. The sad thing is that other staffing/recruiter companies do offer sick days, vacation, etc. The medical benefits here are an absolute joke. They actually advertise that the proudly offer MEC plans which are exactly that ..minimal

As a staffing agency, we annually review our compensation package and strive to remain competitive in the marketplace. While some benefits, like PTO, are not available for contract workers, we do offer medical, dental, and vision plans as well as a 401k option to all employees.       Pros

      Flexibility with schedule. If you got the right account you were sure to make a lot of commission.

      Cons

      No upward mobility, management and others often played favorites, very monotonous work

      Great company and great staff

      Pros

      Recruiters are honest and work hard for you. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. In addition, there's positions nationwide. ................

      Cons

      I wish temps got paid holidays, I don't think that's too much to ask for. Other than that I can't list any other cons
