Seemed like a great company, pay & benefits, great complimentary letter to start.

Cons

Just a mess of an organization: Typical staffing Subcontracting mess of a company. I felt scammed working there.

There is really no good reason to work for CorTech

Cons

Poor communication from Management. They micro-manage their Recruiters. Horrific ATS software that was developed in-house. Cheap! They give you bare minimum space and tools to work with. The culture is also stifling.
