Cons

The agency offer absolutely no benefits other than the base pay. Processes of employment is lengthy and often frustrating. Every time you call Cor-Tech personnel, you get an answering machine and the turn around call vary from 2 days to never. The agency do not protect their contract employees interest. A person can get let go of his/her job without legitimate reason and the agency will not investigate.

As a staffing agency, we annually review our compensation package and strive to remain competitive in the marketplace. While some benefits, like PTO, are not available for contract workers, we do offer medical, dental, and vision plans as well as a 401k option to all employees.
