I have been working for CorTech for six months. CorTech is a great place to work, well organized management & great environment. I am really enjoying my time working with this company. I'm learning lot of new things in this organization. They recognizes the talent and hard work. So please don't miss the opportunity to work with cortech.

Pros

I was able to get a position at a few locations over the last year I've been working for them.

Cons

I worked for a company for 4 months and wasnt hired on like was advertised. i also waited to see if there would be an increase in pay which didnt happen. they only offer minimum wage positions even with 10+ years work experience and an associates degree.

You work with some nice people.

Cons

Benefits are not great. Very few vacation days and low pay. Raises are minimal and management just wants to purchase companies instead of growing organically. Little to no room for growth.
