We really hate to see a response like this but unfortunately, it happens in companies everywhere. We are so sorry that you felt this way in working with us. We really try to allow people the flexibility they need and allow them to grow and succeed without micromanaging but it sounds like you feel you had a different experience. We hope that you have found a job that better suits your needs. We are glad that you decided to stay with us for 3-4 years even though it sounds like you were not happy. If it were me, I would have left when I felt these emotions sooner but we appreciate your time. Good luck with your future endeavors.
