      Pros

      The level of talent and drive among the engineering team is above and beyond anywhere else I have ever worked. Everyone is extremely passionate about what they do. The company culture is great and very transparent internally. Free catered food breakfast lunch and dinner.

      Cons

      The company seems to be becoming more corporate as it gets larger. The safety and HR corporate types are creeping in, and they are major fun police. The company was way more interesting pre-public offering.

      - Incredible coworkers, supportive and fun community. The people here are as important as the end goal. - Encourages creativity and quick thinking. - Constant opportunities for multidisciplinary learning. - Grassroots approach to a traditionally conservative and overly structured field. - Beautiful office nestled in the mountains. - Very pet friendly.

      Cons

      - High expectations. - There is always work to be done, for better or for worse, you have to know how to pace yourself. - Very DIY attitude, mostly a good thing, and part of what makes Joby unique.
