      Interesting product, great benefits like free breakfast and lunch, hybrid model in the office

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized, you are basically a glorified assistant to engineering on the supply chain side of things. Management does not have your back. Toxic environment. Too many big egos around the company

      Pros

      There’s some awesome people there that are extremely knowledgeable in their subject field. The projects you get to work on is interesting and cool.

      Cons

      Long hours and not a lot of recognition. There’s been a fair amount of middle management being added recently and some of them micromanage as well as break company safety and vacation policies. The issue has been raised to HR and all the way up to the director but there has been no action done.
