      Pros

      Amazing product, talented engineers, gives open field and access to technology. Engineers are well incentivized for their work and achievement.

      Cons

      Engineers are very incentives driven and that creates a huge gap of humane interaction with people. Found myself talking to my computer more often than talking to another engineer. But that was my problem, doesn't have to be yours.
