Pros

Flexible working hours (depending on your role), catered meals, lots of cool work, and tons of world-class engineers to learn from. The corporate structure is also pretty flat, and all of the "managers" have a ton of technical experience.

Cons

The work is hard, and there is a lot of it. This isn't the place to cash an easy paycheck. Everybody on the team is really trying to make a difference.

Pros

Strongly supports remote employment, military friendly, and amazing culture. As a vertically integrated company, Joby empowers employees to come up with solutions to complex tasks. Very rewarding to have full support when developing software.

Cons

Growing pains. The company is quickly growing out of a startup culture and with that comes some trials. With that said, that is a good pain as it indicates the companies success, so no real complaint here!
