      The idea is better than reality

      Pros

      Trying to create an electric aircraft is exciting. The honeymoon phase was exhilarating with dreams of making a difference in the world.

      Cons

      Management needs to wake up about how to create an aircraft and what that actually means. There seems to be a lot of smart and educated people that just don’t know how to make a product. The company leaves these people in management positions while huge mistakes are made with people management and product creation.

      Great location pay is not on line with work it it's a start up and if it "flies" then I'd say it's worth it

      Upper management is extremely detached from worker/laborer level and has no control over what happens below them
