Vertically integrated organization - developing the entire aircraft from tooling, composite airframe, engines, inverters, networks, batteries, to airborne equipment & computers.

Cons

Very little holistic (process) approaches, resulting in undefined engineering , inefficiencies and confusion amongst Engineers. Start-up culture still strongly present - those who have been at the company the longest (always!) know better, despite hiring highly skilled experts from the industry but very few are actually listening to them. Lack of automation tools for the most basic tasks (extensive use of Excel, Powerpoint, Excel and Slack (!)) are a huge risk for the certification, validation and verification activities ahead.
