Was very open minded to listening to store level feedback

Cons

Doesn't keep up with competitive pay scale, once you are there for years, they will find ways to NOT give you a raise and then get rid of you for an employee at lower cost, less earned benefits. Sad no loyalty for years of service.

-very laid back -somewhat flexible -benefits - decent nothing eye opening. undie discount, oh wow -free popcorn -filler events for your get away needs

Cons

-Outdated culture -Dishonested pay no market evaluation -Not truely one team as claim by IT operations manager due to terrible combinations of misassigned titles and technically incomprehensible staff -Helpdesk desk team is made of up staff lacking skill in the technical field, pull from different departments with same titles -no career growth, most likely will stay in one spot for X amount of years. Other veteran team members show an example of this which gives an impression of how the department outlook becomes, stale. -Office politics truely are a roadblock for task or projects being completed -Opinions or suggestions for the team overall, never initiate outside a thought. -Projects dont follow SLAs due to very laid back enironment.

Nothing positive to share for this company .

Cons

Horrible company to work for! Run, Run, Far, Far away ! Treat employees with disrespect, and most unprofessional. Managers are not experienced in employee relations. If you go to HR , or upper management, they don't stand by you at all ! Even if your right ! Absolutely NO opportunity at all, and extremely low pay for retail anywhere !
