Business Outlook

Pros

Benefits (part-time employees 30 hours receive full benefits), products and 100% guarantee. Retail hours, two nights a week, one weekend off a month and work all holidays. Four weeks of vacation, but no holiday days off.

Cons

Very tight on payroll, hardly time to eat. Lack of communication between upper management, sometimes had to wait weeks for a response. Management will not back you up, response sorry it is out of my hands. Very little credit, management will come in and re-work the store instead of giving direction or coaching. Their way or the highway, be a puppet and a yes person and you will be able to coexist. High turnover in the District. They say employees are a part of the family,
