Pros
-Great fellow employees -Good location -Personal/career growth potential (if you push for it) -Nice facility, desks, equipment, resources, etc. -Structured goal system that could use some work, but helps with transparency -Long-term stability and company growth, very resilient -Industry leader
Cons
-Need more employees, just too much work to be done -Upper management is too busy to focus on people, numbers are always the priority -Some departments aren't held accountable -Departments have clear silos, creating competition instead of collaboration hurting overall experience and productivity -Efficiency of critical software systems is lacking, too many different systems don't talk to each other which creates daunting processes to follow and inefficiency (each department gets their own needs met instead of taking a high-level approach) -"Corporate life" takes quite a bit to get used to; can seem treacherous at times
