You get to move around throughout your shift. Each hour you are doing something different. The starting salary is better than a cashier’s. You can’t get bored.

Cons

Due to constant walking/pushing/pulling/lifting/kneeling, you will go home physically exhausted by the end of the day. Our particular store was short staffed for SRTs at busy times, especially on weekends. They pull you to different departments in need, which delays the time of completing of your tasks. And no one comes in to help you. The pay is not enough for everything they have you do.
