Pros

I really enjoyed my time at Johnny was as a part-time employee when I worked there. The work environment is fun and colorful. The employees become your family.

Cons

My only con would be that the company was pretty firm on the $14/hr pay for part time employees, but you can always become a key holder and make more money.

- Store teams are great - Discount and allotment are great

Cons

- Lack of proper training and knowledge for more senior managers - lack of consistencies between stores due to upper management having favorites - most promotions seem to be based off of who can suck up the most - when you speak out about anything negative to upper management or HR, they will do whatever it takes to get you to leave
