Pros

The company is always pro "be yourself" and that is what I love. This company never encourages you to be anything but yourself.

Cons

This company has recently gone corporate and there have been some structural "corporate changes" but mostly for the good. I.e. Employee handbooks have been created and cheaper insurance and more benefits.

Great growth potential! Best customers! Not a ton of operations. They want us to be on the floor helping staff grow.

Cons

No 401k however, they are working on it and will be available next year.

Causal wear Easy commission (high price points) Lots of incentives Clienteling is a big thing here so the customers come back frequently!
