      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Strong local management. New CEO. Strong resources to make life productive and easier.

      Cons

      Lots of hoops to jump through to get things done. HVAC service at branch level is not what it should be. Finding what you need from the 100's off Apps the company uses can be challenging.

      I've never had a more supportive Manager or team willing to share their knowledge!

      Cons

      As it is such a massive entity, sometimes things don't happen quickly and it takes time, patience and follow up and more follow up... and more follow up.
