      Business models include satisfying ethical components. Saving energy, increasing comforts of customer physical work surroundings, customer worker satisfactions, and increasing customer margins are all honorable contributions to our collective human environment.

      Cons

      The publicly financed national corporate structure can & often will prioritize quarterly reporting gains over local long term business investments. This company's market share should be 4X as large as current sales & net income.

      Pros

      There is a very "hands off" approach to management, No Micro Management, or actual management for that matter. Great place to make friends and get advanced because of who you drink with.

      Cons

      Vacation time has been cut in half retroactively, 401k matching is disbursed as an end of year lump sum ~if you're still working at end of year~ Insurance coverage is better for our pets than for the employees
