Workload is a lot. Procedures are preventing to do work. Minimum transparency.

Not a good balance between responsibilities and salary, also management is not really helpful. Changes happens on the organization on regular basis, which doesn't help to improve the company, No opportunity to grow during the last couple of years not only on my position, but for all the company.
