      Most of the people are great. Good benefits with minimum 3 weeks paid vacation.

      Very low wages compaired to same work at other companies. Management dont care about the little people. Low moral

      Opportunities for advancement if you are willing to travel. Good benefits for continious education.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. Forget about work life balance. Leadership is completely disconnected from the plants. Onboarding is very poor and people are left to figure it out.
