      Pros

      My manager was a really great guy. However he transferred about a year after I was hired. The company is large, so there are many areas to work in. Some fairly intelligent people, but you have to seek them out.

      Cons

      Company is large and slow moving. Don't expect awesome middle managers. Can feel pretty corporate and stodgy at times. If you are a young person get a few years experience and then leave for better pay and better culture.

      Pros

      JCI pays well and there are some wonderful people working there.

      Cons

      They can't make up their minds what is important and then stand behind it. They keep changing their minds. Decisions are made on short term profits not long term goals.
