      Friendly and supportive culture in local office but corporation is HEARTLESS

      Pros

      Very inclusive and supportive environment at local level. The product the company provides is of highest quality. Management and co-workers are very supportive and compassionate. They were family to me.

      Cons

      At the end of each fiscal year, HQ lays off up to 10% of the workforce. From October-December, EVERYONE is on pins and needles. The bottom line is all that matters. You are only a number and the quality of your work or your level of integrity does not matter to the decision makers in Milwaukee. Management has ever-increasing workload and responsibilities due to yearly lay-offs and their level of stress is through the roof!

      Flexible work environment. Good work-life balance. Carrying people. Lots of opportunities to learn, train and internally change careers.

      Cons

      Not run as a business should be. Too focused on personal growth and benefits. Very large company. Top heavy management. Integrity and transparency not really practiced.
