Pros

Salary appears to be good, but you have to work 60 hours or more a week to do everything that is expected of you. If you have a family or social life, this isn't sustainable.

Cons

Poor management, heavy workloads, shady business practices, benefits aren't that great, poor work/life balance, company doesn't follow it's own ethical guidelines.

Pros

beneficial, and stability. Jhonson Controls is a company that I can see myself to dedicated my career path to.

Cons

Johnson Control needs to further evaluate their hr managers, and supervisors on interpersonal training against the laborers. atleast the facility in West Point Ga. They talk and disrespect their team members out in the production area.

Pros

Excellent local/mid-level management- geared toward developing their employees and the business. Strong values and positive atmosphere in the office.

Cons

While it is beneficial to have a growing line card to provide a greater scope of work, the sales force knows less about the products they are selling. This in turn causes more mistakes and less of a true value to all customers.
