If you're considering joining Johnson Controls Gurgaon, think twice. My experience here has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy and growth-oriented work environment. What’s Bad: Toxic Work Culture: There is absolutely no work-life balance. Employees are expected to be available round the clock, yet appreciation and recognition are almost nonexistent. Poor Management: Leadership lacks vision and accountability. Politics and favoritism thrive, while real talent is ignored. Managers are more interested in blame-shifting than providing guidance or support. No Career Growth: Promotions and appraisals are unfair, delayed, and based on favoritism rather than merit. There is no concrete learning curve and very little scope for professional development. Employee Treatment: HR policies may look good on paper but in reality, there's no transparency or genuine concern for employees’ well-being. Overall Experience: Joining this company has been one of the worst career moves I’ve made. There is no clarity, no appreciation, and no growth path. If you value your peace of mind, career progression, and professional respect, you’re better off avoiding Johnson Controls Gurgaon.
