      Pros

      Hybrid WFH/In office schedule. Executive Director truly cares about our team. Fights for us and is transparent about changes coming down the line. Best job I've ever held.

      Cons

      It would be nice to have a more WFH focused Hybrid schedule, such as 1 day in the office for collaboration, 4 days working from home. Most of what our team does was done remotely during covid, and we continued to function and hit our needs.

      Spent To Much Time and Constantly Changing Commision Plans

      Pros

      If you are a Johnson Controls employee, you are treated well. However, if you work for York etc. You are treated like the red headed stepchild. They do not care about your experience etc. they only care about bottom line and how much they can take away from you. I was making over $200K and a year later, they changed the commission plan.

      Cons

      Many if you are not College Grad and come from the field of HVAC they you will not go anywhere. And the Management thinks they are better because they went to college instead of a trade school.
