Pros

Great people Best in class products Well known in the industry (HVAC, Life Safety and Security)

Cons

Below market rates in compensation and benefits. Running with minimal staff everywhere, due to cost out exercises, which affects work execution and creates unhappy customers. Zero support structure behind the scenes.

Pros

Can honestly say that the Pros used to be a much longer list. Recent influx of recycled GE folks given favor jobs as VP’s seems to have lessened the list, as all good things have come and gone. At this point, only the company car counts as a pro

Cons

For a technology company, ALL systems have gone markedly backwards. Nothing works. They’ve put all the right money 8n all the wrong places, resulting in the loss of no less than a week a month to try to book any work at all. The Silo system of compartmentalizations departments does NOT WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. It does not matter how much you do, your commission will always be hindered by a competing department whose commission counters yours. In order for you to do well, operations has to fail and vice versa. Since operations controls the ball and the clock, forget making money. You won’t. Local management is shortsighted and has no vision. They’d rather play games, limit territory in order to feed more work to their favorites, and get the golden handshake from the favorites every month. So much for being one of the most ethical companies on the planet. Area management? The word disengaged comes to mind. They have no clue - nor do they care to get a clue - of what it takes to grow. It’s actually sad. But, hey....let’s have more meetings and take more sales people away from more customers. That’ll make us money! There is literally nothing good left in this company. I am a top 10 in America sales rep with these jokers. For now. If you’re considering coming in this direction, we’ll, don’t. Those will be years of your life you will never see again.
