Pay increases are inadequate, and there is micromanagement. Some employees work remotely in a district, but others in the same position are required to be present in the office. PTO is horrible, and you need to keep track of your own time used, which I've never seen at any jobs I've worked at. Good luck trying to move up in the company, because the boss often favors their children or relatives working at JCI, and they tend to receive promotions more frequently. Alternatively, employees in these positions usually stay in them until retirement. Also you have to turn in monthly safety concerns you see in your office or at home.
