Pros

Company has great benefits and pay. Learned a lot about the industry, you can move arround to different position since is a pretty big company.

Cons

Management doesn't care about you, is all about the numbers, no work life balance, high turnover rate. high pase and people are overworked

Pros

Benefits are good (high deductibles) Salary good. No weekends were required.

Cons

Some old time Managers are bitter, nasty and think the company would go under if they were to leave. Complaints about these managers are swept under the rug and nothing is done. Open door policy is a joke. Management and hourly training is negligent at best, your on your own. Either catch on or hope there is someone that can help you. High turnover rate. Everything is based on profit. Behind the times with technology, antiquated systems and processes.
