      There is a ton of growth potential if you are in the right area of the business. Most leaders look to promote and reward from within.

      Very conservative company. They claim to be innovative, but they're not.

      Pros

      The company has excellent employee benefits and pays industry standard, based on the type of account and ownership. They believe in training and promoting from within.

      Cons

      The support tools that JCI uses internally and externally for tracking and gathering information is not well supported and you can become very isolated from the process in trying to understand the process.

      The job opportunities are endless if you put in the work and know how to network.

      Cons

      Change, change, change, and then change it again. They don’t know how to allow perfectly good policies and procedures to take hold and create positive growth and consistency. The Ethics policy is just that …. a policy. It is apparently does not apply to upper management, who use only when it suits their needs.
