      Company is too internally focused. Lost sight of why they are in business.

      Pros

      Well compensated, good benefits. Great for anyone in any position who wants to learn accounting and business metrics. If you are not in finance, you will be.

      Cons

      Sr. Leadership is not held accountable. They are focused on near term metrics that have a devastating effect on the long term success of the business. Senior leaders are satisfied with incremental business with low profit margins. These leaders are not held accountable for poor business decisions -- instead, when it becomes apparent, they are more likely rotated to another part of the company.

      Pros

      You are your own boss and took care of 50 sites. Compensation was ? 90,000 with company car, 4 weeks vacation, 12 sick days, and holidays.

      Cons

      travel was 5 Hrs a day not paid for so most days it was 14 Hrs day and still had to work from.

      Pros

      Very dynamic enviornment where changes and pressure are constant, estimulating the employees to continuously search for excellence. Opportunities around the world and strong diversity.

      Cons

      One can see quite clearly some employees were able to climb the ladder due to hanging with the right crowd rather than having strong technical skills. The organizational culture as well as benefits rely much on the management of the site you are located/business unit one reports to. Excessive reporting as in contrast to political bias for strategic decision making.
