For a Company with a 135 year rich history and innovation, i will definitely comment that it is evolving still now every day. There are a certain number of pros for this organisation which i will try to list out below: 1. They Preach and practice an open door policy, anyone who is there in the floor provided you a question worth it, will be giving them your time and share their knowledge painstakingly gained after years of hard work. Its a culture that if a person can take advantage of will help out immensely. 2. Almost no discrimination between any senior or junior associates, people are helpful to a great limit. 3. Good Work Life Balance can be maintained if a person can handle the workload , flexible work from home facilities are also available in certain cases. 4. Massive exposure to a vast and booming market makes it a huge learning platform. 5. Existent and persistent culture of new innovations and ideas paves a way for coming into the center stage and showcase ones idea to the world. 6. With a vast talent pool and number of LOB's(Lines of Business) with expertise in all of the concerned LOB's, help is easy to find for any issue which may arise. 7. Exchange of ideas is encouraged and facilitated by concerned managers. 8. Well maintained disciplinary, rooted to values work culture is to found here. 9. Cons
Although the pros may far overcome the cons yet a few maybe listed: 1. Better transparency whilst giving out ratings would be more appreciated. 2. Solidified by the fact of massive profits and equally fast paced expansion in recent years more employee perks can be looked into.
