      Leadership team is focused on business and is committed to their teams and customers.

      Cons

      Turbulent following the merger, high turnover rate and frequent leadership changes. Huge focus amongst some of the APAC leadership team on China, not enough awareness (and expertise) on the rest of the region. Numbers-driven, not much of a culture to speak of.
