      Nice salaries, chic plant, safety measures are in place and active. I need eight more words, so there you go.

      Very slow decision making mechanism, randomness, pressure from global management, Benefits of employees and managers differ so much it became a running joke. Job descriptions are only for show, you will do much more (or much less) depending on your character or lack thereof.
