Pros
Great pay scale and benefits, company vehicle (not for personal use), varied and diversified jobs, easy to work for.
Cons
Very poor mid level management tends to micromanage everything. Central dispatch system is terrible for customer service as the dispatchers have no local knowledge of our service area. Too many mergers over a short period of time has created a ton of confusion for clients, who tend to take it out on the front line technicians that do the work. It can be depressing at times.
