      Pros

      - great insurance - unlimited sick days - flexible hours - casual wear - big company and you can learn

      Cons

      - very bad management (team and higher up) - work overflow all the time ( bc of bad management) - always taking but never giving back - no cooperation between departments - bosses always say they want to get better but nothing is done; Even after training was given and guidelines were supposed to be reinforced. - no training is done for newcomers (expected to learn everything by themselves) - no share of information ( people keep information to themselves because they want to guarantee their spot in the company)
