      Very good and cooperative environment within the company. Time flexibility is the best thing abt this comapny, which is generally not provided by other mech companies

      Same type of work daily. After the span of 1 year when you already learnt the things , you will get saturation in your profile.

      Cons

      JCI have about 130 years in manufacturing industry, while it's not easy to adapt the rise of technology like big data, machine learning and AI. It takes time to transfer from a manufacturing company to a technology company. Otherwise the automotive market will decreased significantly in 10 to 15 years.
