      Pros

      Good exposititon for challenges, push their employees in the bussines goals. Strong vision of bussines. Good salaries at corporative. Keep on way to improve work ambient

      Cons

      Production plant arevery different to corporative salaries. Poor oportunity of promotions with out "goodfather". Not so good balance work-life.

      Pros

      Very dynamic enviornment where changes and pressure are constant, estimulating the employees to continuously search for excellence. Opportunities around the world and strong diversity.

      Cons

      One can see quite clearly some employees were able to climb the ladder due to hanging with the right crowd rather than having strong technical skills. The organizational culture as well as benefits rely much on the management of the site you are located/business unit one reports to. Excessive reporting as in contrast to political bias for strategic decision making.

      Pros

      There is online and offsite location training for both technical and non technical. It is improvement compared to when I first started. There is opportunity to work with people from diverse culture and background.

      Cons

      Sometimes you get people who don't know what they are doing but they had the opportunity to be in a leadership position. Not everyone takes the internal review seriously. They don't even bother to provide feedback until annual review. There can be high turnover of staff at certain locations and the replacement may not know what happened. They get frustrated and leave. This cause the vicious cycle to repeat itself.
