      Pros

      Benefits are good and you get to meet a lot of people and they come through from either getting fired, laid off or self terminating!

      Cons

      Mangement is selected on who can kiss up the best. TheyIgnorance of customers needs and expectations. Bottom line is everything HR dept is a joke, they do not want to hear anything negative about manangement, turn their head when evidence of improper behavior is given, safety dept is a CYA for the company and dont give d@#$ about employees. The 4 years I had to work their(ex. York employee) was the worst of my 37yr. experience in the business. Took a lower paying job to just get away from the B#$%S^&*

      Pros

      The people I worked with were very knowledgeable. Our motto was "work and and play hard." They were very hard workers but in our spear time we liked to talk about sports and anything else.

      Cons

      i was an intern and I wasn't given any training at all. I was never given a job to do and I didn't learn anything working there for 2 semesters. I worked on the Georgia Tech campus with 5 co-workers. They pretty much ignored me

      Pros

      Great people to work with in a well-managed company. Organizational commitment to product and financial success.

      Cons

      Succession planning and promotions seem to be based as much on sponsorship or being "in the club" as on an objective search and evaluation of candidates. Can be challenging to manage the relationship with both customers and suppliers.
