No career development not equal in promotions, very politically based (one hit wonders) Benefits dwindling each year Too much bureaucratic red tape in over burden-some processes Company values good quality but is not willing to invest (walk the talk) Too many mid to upper mid level managers not adding value (process managers) Not enough investment in low level professionals (workers making money)

Very stressful environment so if you work well under pressure this would be a good place for you. Inadequate mentoring for entry level hires. Sometimes difficult to get things done because management is unwilling to spend at the cost centers. Work life balance is difficult to manage.
