HR follows the CEO

Pros

At one time, it was a good company to work for. No longer

Cons

In following with the company CEO and his ethics issues, (investigated by his own board of directors) the HR department, as well, lacks in their ability to follow the ethical practice of working for the employees. Their only concern is the "image" & "spin" to protect the CEO, not the employee. Their processes of displaying a good corporate image is in total disrepair. Please read about the company CEO before deciding to work for this company.
